Clients are often more than willingly to provide phone numbers when sending an enquiry, but when called seem reluctant to discuss their requirements, even to the point of 'requesting' that you never call again. We know that it can be very annoying for people who have sent the odd tentative enquiry via a property portal to recieve many phone calls from agents they may not even remember sending enquiries to, and we have always held the policy that we do not want to come across as a 'pushy agent', jumping on the phone the minute we receive an enquiry.
However, this often means we 'miss the boat ' when it comes to arranging viewing appointments. Years of experience has taught us there is no 'right' way as each client differs but it is important for us to know what clients want when it comes to how they would like their enquiries to be responded to. The 'personal touch' that a phone call offers obviously works in many cases, but in others it alienates and irritates.
In order to get it right - or as right as can be, we value opinions on how YOU feel about being contacted by agents and would be grateful if you could fill in our short opinion poll on the subject.
We thank you for your time and hope to improve our service from your answers.
