Alternatively, should you prefer to just arrange a viewing appointment or put aside a couple of days to see the properties we have to offer whilst you are in Turkey, simply tell us when you are available and we will arrange to meet you at the location of your choice. During the time we have with you, we will show you as many properties as we can that suit your budget and criteria and show you around the area. A viewing trip or inspection visit to Turkey should not be treated as a holiday, but as a follow up to any research you have done previously on the country, areas and properties available. , Although there is plenty of time to 'do your own thing', these visits should be thought of as more of a business trip than one for pleasure.

Although there are some companies that offer totally free inspection trip, you can guarantee that these costs are added to your purchase somewhere along the line. We prefer to avoid this by asking you to book and pay for your flights up front keeping costs down and detering those people who are just looking for a free holiday. In most cases, accommodation is paid at the end of your stay, so if you have made a purchase during your time with us, we will settle the bill.

On our viewing trips, we will meet you from your flight and drive you to a hotel or one of our rental properties which will provide your 'base' for 3-4 days (additional nights if required). Each day you will be shown property within the areas and budget of your choice, as well as be introduced to the area and its attractions. Our intention is that you enjoy Turkey and all it has to offer as well as viewing property, therefore we are not interested in using 'hard sell' tactics on any of our inspection trips.
