1. The Building shall be reinforced concrete framework in accordance with the Project.
2. The foundations shall be laid by using reinforced 300-dose concrete or B 20 concrete in dimensions and design as stipulated in the Project plan.
3. The separating walls shall made from 250-dose supported cement and 8.5 cm hole bricks and 13.5 cm hole bricks shall be used for the external walls.
4. The roofs shall be insulated against water.
5. The external walls shall be hard walled with 250-dose cement mixture and painted with rain –proof silicon based paint.
6. B-20 concrete shall be used for the flooring.
7. The internal walls shall be plastered with based plaster and painted with plastic paint.
8. Telephone line, wiring, satellite antenna system shall be installed into the buildings in accordance with the Project.
9. All materials to be used in electricity cabling and wiring and plumbing shall be carry the standards of the Turkish Standards Institute and ISO 9001.
10. Each room shall be provided with necessary cabling, wiring and piping for the air conditioning system.
11. All Windows shall be UPVC double glazed.
12. Sanitary units shall be white and the accessories shall be fitted.

1. The kitchen armatures and sink shall carry TSE certificate.
2. Kitchen units shall be fitted both below and above the worktop. The lower kitchen units shall be made from MDF and upper kitchen units shall be made from chipboard and the unit doors shall be laminate. The sink shall be chrome-lux with a drain unit. Above the worktop shall be tiled.
3. The landscaping shall be in harmony with the environment.
4. Blue or green pipes shall be used and fitted underground in the plumbing system for fresh water as stipulated in the Project plan and hot and cold water system shall be fitted according to the Project. There shall be a communal water tank and a water pressure tank. PVC pipes shall be used in waste water system. Waste water pipes shall be connected to the treatment system with manholes and cement pipes. There shall be a treatment system in the complex.
5. The weak and strong current electricity cabling and wiring shall be fitted according to the Project plan. The materials used shall be TSE certified materials approved by TEDAS (Turkish Electricity Administration ).Each apartment shall be provided with necessary cabling for the door bell.
6. There shall be cold water connection on the front balconies of the apartments.
7. A post box shall be fitted at the entrance of every apartment.
Each apartment shall have sufficient parking space. The parking area and the communal areas shall be fitted with necessary lighting.
