The stone walls were built using old stone and so already have a mixture of colours ranging from cream to deep terracota and greys and were laid to achieve an old wall effect.

The house has two south facing balconies and one terrace each 4 m² and a large north facing ground floor terrace 29 m² and two north facing balconies each 4 m² and the jacuzzi room.

The front door is off the large north facing terrace with natural stone floor. The terrace faces out over the valley and provides cool shade in the hot summer. Inside the villa the walls have been plastered and been painted the same warm sand colour throughtout and the ceilings white with plaster ceiling coving. The floor tiles are a matt pale terracota/sand colour and the shower room wall tiles a matt cream with white wash basins and toilets. The open fireplace has a metal grate for use in the cooler winter nights.

The internal doors are white with brushed silver colour handles to match the white sealed unit windows and doors. The shower rooms, guest toilet and bedrooms have locking mechanisms that can be opened from the outside in case of emergencies.

The full length glass doors are white PVC with double glazed sealed units.

The shower room fittings are Vitra with matching Vitra silver mixer taps and showers mixers with 4-function shower heads. The white round Vitra jacuzzi is 160 cm diameter and has two motors with a hydro massage system with air and water jets from both the bottom and sides of the jacuzzi with variable flow and is suitable for two people.

The kitchen cupboard units are a warm coloured wood effect with brushed silver handles from the quality Kelebek range, the stainless steel sink and drainer, built in extractor hood with charcoal filter, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven are all from Teka in black/brushed silver finish. The worktop is black granite. There are halogen downlighters under the wall cupboards. Space has been left to install a dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer. There is plumbing in the downstairs guest en-suite shower room for a washing machine.

The terrace and balcony railings have been painted to match the grey of the stonework. The natural stone flooring on the terraces and south balconies is a mixture of colours including oranges and greys to again match the stonework and have a fern like pattern running through the stone.

The villa is positioned centrally within the garden which has been terraced with natural stone walls and as many as possible of the mature almond trees have been retained. New planting of fruit and nut trees such as apricot, cherry, lemon, orange, apple, pear, pomegranite and hazel etc will take place in spring 2007 and flowers and climbing plants such as jasmine, honeysuckles, bougainville will be planted in the garden to clamber up the balcony railings and fencing to screen off the garden. The garden will also have a mixture of flowers and vegetables. There is a 5 m wide entrance driveway with metal gate and enough space parking for at least 3 cars. The boundary is marked off by natural stone walls topped by a wire fence to keep out the goats, horses and cattle that are grazed on the surrounding land.
