Flexible payment plans on property for sale at My World, Istanbul

Akbank and Vakifbank are financing the project and buyers pay only 12.5% of the total price as down payment.  Further payments start 7 months later without any interest.

If buyers wish they can make 25% down payment and start paying 10 months later or they can make 31.25% down payment and start paying 13 months later. Financing model which allows up to 240 months terms, offers 0.47% interest for 12 month terms, and 1.21% interest for 240 month terms.

Clients who can make an advance payment of 35% can clear the debt with zero interest!
