When buying a Turkish property which is sold
totally un-furnished, purchasers will face the question - how will I furnish my
property? Often buyers have limited time to fully equip the property, and
deliveries can often be delayed for up to 12 weeks. We are often asked for help
or advice in this respect, and for this purpose we work together with several
companies who provide Turkish furniture packs, as well as interior
designers and decorators.
Most resale property in Turkey is sold furnished, but there will obviously be instances where the purchaser will wish to make changes or throw out the old and bring in the new´, or decide to partially re-furnish. Our 'mix and match' range will enable you to choose individual items to add to or replace existing furnishings. As well as complete furniture packs, we offer a full range of single item purchases as well as soft furnishings and accessories. The majority of shops selling furniture in Turkey sell high quality furniture, which can be expensive if you don't have time to look around, and it can be time consuming when you need to furnish and equip a whole property.
It may also be worth bearing in mind that foreigners are rarely given the same prices as the Turkish. Taking someone with you who is either Turkish, familiar to that particular shop (often they will have deals in place whereby the shop manager will give discounted prices to their customers), or at least speak enough of the language to negotiate a good deal.

Furnishing for Rentals - The temptation for owners of Turkish property
that is to be rented out is to furnish and equip as cheaply as possible.
However, would you like to holiday in a villa or apartment with a lumpy
mattress, bed springs sticking in your back, or attempt to relax on a 3
legged sunbed? Probably not, and your guests won´t like it either. Opting
